Andreas is Business Lead at Tapir (tapir.xyz), a mission incubated by Rocketstar SCE. Tapir is shaping a people data collaboration platform based on a data provider-first paradigm with the core properties of privacy, fairness and agency in mind.
Andreas was in various Sales and Adoption roles for over 20 years at e.g. IBM, SuccessFactors and SAP. After that he moved out of the corporate world to advise AI and Data startups on anything adoption and focus on the institutional adoption of Web3/Ethereum innovations with the goal to combine the best of both worlds. He conceived the concept of a Decentralized Data Trust, believing in the convergence of AI/Data and Web3 to offer solutions to numerous governance-, finance-, and work-related challenges.
He is also Co-Lead of RadicalxChange in Germany and is exposed to the European regulatory sphere.
