Guangyong An is a senior expert in credit reporting, data governance, and the digital economy, with an MBA from Seoul National University and doctoral studies at Korea University. He currently serves as Editor of *MyData Journal* and as a Research Fellow at the China Mergers & Acquisitions Association Research Institute. With over 16 years of professional experience, he has held senior roles at BCG, BAH, LG, NICE, and Sunshine Insurance.

Mr. An has provided MyData-related consulting to institutions including the National Data Bureau of China, the National Information Center, China Construction Bank, and Ant Group. He has contributed to major projects such as the *Consumer Data Circulation Model Based on Portability* (NDB & NIC), the *Trusted Digital Identity Personal Data Account* (Ministry of Public Security), and World Bank–NDRC initiatives on corporate credit information. He is also the co-author of several influential books and articles on credit legislation, big data, and MyData innovation.
