Karolina Mackiewicz (MA Political Sciences, MA Futures Studies) has over 17 years of professional experience in international innovation projects in the areas of health and wellbeing.

Currently serving as the Innovation Director at Global Health Connector, Karolina leads multiple international innovation projects and contributes to the development of innovation ecosystems, focusing on digital health, sustainability, and healthcare innovation. She previously led the WHO Collaborating Centre for Healthy Cities and Urban Health within the WHO European Healthy Cities Network and worked as Development Manager at MyData Global, an international non-profit advocating for a human-centric approach to personal data.

Karolina focuses on how technology, data, and innovation ecosystems can support sustainable health systems, improve health literacy, and address socio-economic determinants of health. She is passionate about promoting collaboration across sectors, integrating digital health, sustainability, and innovation ecosystems into multi-stakeholder projects that address global health challenges.
