The Estonian government has excelled in integrating services, infrastructures and processes that would help realise the MyData shifts - actionable rights, empowerment with data and open ecosystems. Solutions like the comprehensive data exchange infrastructure, consent service and data tracker are operational and available for its citizens. But how does one extend available solutions beyond the public sector - to truly empower individuals to have an integrated view of their daily lives?
This session will delve into the ongoing efforts to understand the feasibility of developing personal data space(s) in Estonia. During the session, participants will be invited to prioritise interventions that could help make a qualitative leap as well as identify use cases that attract both the demand as well as supply.
The session will include a presentation with interactive mini-sessions by Sille Sepp and Ralf-Martin Soe from the FinEst Centre for Smart Cities.
