Our ticket types cater to different kinds of organisations whose people attend the MyData conference.

*Prices are per participant. Finnish VAT of 25,5% will be added to the ticket prices above.

Choose the group that fits your organisation:

• Group A: Large for-profit enterprise (more than 250 staff and € 50 m turnover/balance sheet)
• Group B: Public sector organisations, not-for-profit academic and research institutions, and medium for-profit enterprise (between 50 and 250 staff and € 50 m turnover/balance sheet)
• Group C: Other nonprofit organisations, startup and small for-profit enterprise (less than 50 staff and € 10 m turnover/balance sheet). If you are attending without organisational affiliation, we also warmly welcome you to purchase your ticket at this rate.

Two kind of tickets are available:

• Full conference from lunch to lunch 24-26 September, including pre-events starting at lunchtime on 23 September and all networking and social programme, such as the afterparty on 26 September;
• 25 September only, including the networking and social programme that day.

Groups of three or more receive a 15% discount on the ticket bundle. You can add your colleagues during your registration, then use the code BUNDLE to activate the discount.

• If you cannot attend the event after all, you can request a name change and transfer your ticket to a colleague by submitting the request to team at themydatacompany dot com latest on 19 September 2025.
• Cancellation made latest on 22 August 2025 will receive a full refund if the cancellation notice is sent to team at themydatacompany dot com in time. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
• Cancellations made after 22 August 2025 are not refundable.
• Once a refund/cancellation process begins, it cannot be reversed.
