This session will present an ongoing pilot between the MyData Global Nordic hubs to collaboratively develop infrastructure and governance frameworks for using AI to develop human centric health data sharing through digital wallets.
The project develops a proof-of-concept implementation of the International Patient Summary (IPS) as a mobile app. The app allows individuals to collect their health data from multiple locations in structured format and, with the help of AI, curate their own consolidated Patient Summary document. It will further facilitate sharing the summary with healthcare organizations and other parties.
The session will feature a presentation of the wallets supported by Findynet, a short presentation on the related EU project MyHealth@MyHands, and a working session to explore how to refine use cases and pilot development.
